形成性评价在绩效管理课程案例教学中的应用

摘    要:案例教学的成败主要取决于学生之间的高质量对话,如何促进学生更好地参与案例教学评估的过程是实现案例教学目标的关键。基于绩效管理课程案例教学的流程设计,运用形成性评价的概念框架,开发两层次案例教学形成性评价体系,旨在促进学生掌握案例分析的基本方法,提高学生解决绩效管理情境问题的能力,同时为经管类专业课的案例教学评价提供参考。

Abstract:Successful case teaching mainly depends on the high-quality dialogue between students, how to promote students' participation in the assessment process of case teaching is the key of achieving the objectives of case teaching. Based on the process design of performance management case teaching, the concept framework of formative assessment is applied, two-level formative assessment systems are developed, to facilitate the students to master the basic methods of case analysis, improve students' abilities of solving performance problems, and provide references for the evaluation of case teaching in economic andmanagement eourses.
