英国附条件警告制度的评析与借鉴

Conditional waming is a particular system of Great Britain. With various functions as criminal correction, social relation repairing and realization of procedural justice, it expresses the English judicial idea that human rights should be respected and guaranteed. Our country＇ s system of conditional non prosecution for juven- iles in the New Criminal Procedure Law is quite different from that of England, but their value orientation and ju- dicial function are almost the same. The latter may provide important reference for the former.
