娄星区区域经济发展目标及思路

[摘要]娄星区目前处于工业化中期的前半阶段，工业化正在加速推进，产业升级和经济发展方式转型是未来5年娄星区发展的主旋律。通过对娄星区现有基础及面临形势的分析，提出未来5年娄星区经济发展的指导思想、发展目标、总体思路、重点任务，并提出相应的保障措施，以保证“黄金发展期”的真正实现，促进区域经济又好又快发展。

Target and Thinking on Regional Economic Development in Louxing District

Louxing district is currently in the stage of the first half of the middle stage of industrialization, industrialization is accelerating, the transformation of industrial upgrading and economic development is the main melody of the district development in the next 5 years. Through the analysis of existing foundation and facing situation, the guiding ideology, development goals, the overall train of thought, main tasks of the district economic development in the next 5 years are proposed, and the corresponding security measures are proposed, to ensure the true realization of ＂gold development period＂, and promote sound and rapid devel- opment of regional economy.
