| 摘 要： | 推动大学生更高质量的就业有利于家庭和谐和社会稳定,本文总结分析了近四年来药学相关专业的就业质量现状及所存在问题,对于我校本科人才培养规划建设具有理论与实践的双重意义.以此为基础,本文对今后深化我校学生就业指导工作的路径作了集中的探讨与梳理.

| Abstract: | Promoting employment of college students with higher quality is conducive to family harmony and social stability. This article analyzes the current situation of the Pharmacy students ＇employment quality and concludes its problems, which is significant both in theory and practice to plan and construct undergraduate talent training. Based on it , this article intensively discusses the path to deepening the work of employment guidance of the students in our school. |
