| Abstract: | With the development of society and the strengthening of people's consciousness of safeguarding their rights,the suits against the press and journalists or other citizens and juridical persons for encroaching on reputation right are increasing.To have an intimate knowledge of the component parts of news encroaching on reputation right is more significant to the press and journalists,which will strengthen their consciousness and avoid the news lawsuit. |
