| 摘 要： | 中小企业的集群发展是世界范围的一种重要的经济现象。中小企业集群分为两种结构类型,威廉姆森的中间体制组织理论为中小企业集群发展提供了理论依据。我国中小企业集群的进一步发展必须进行技术提升与结构调整。
