| 摘 要： | 理论界一般认为,精神文明建设为经济建设保证正确的发展方向,并为经济发展提供精神动力和主要的智力支持.其实,从政治学的视角看,精神文明建设还有另外一个作用,即精神文明建设是我国政治资源的一个新生点,它既能保护现存的政治资源,又能增生新的政治资源.

| Abstract: | The theorist circle generally views the development of civic virtue as a guarantee of correct orientation of the economic construction, and the spiritual motivation and the major mental support. In reality, from the angle of politics, there is another function: the development of civic virtue is a growing point of political resources. It can not only protect the existing political resources, but also grow new ones. |
