| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法，通过对目前我国部分高职院校公共体育课程现状的调查与研究，探讨高职院校公共体育课程目前仍存在的一些问题，从课程目标、教学内容、教学形式等几个方面进行较深入的分析研究，并有针对性地提出了一些改革建议。
