| 摘 要： | 要有效地改变教育科研低效、无效甚至负效的状况,就要大力推进教育科研成果的推广应用。当前,教育科研成果推广应用中存在着“优秀”成果供不应求、点上热闹而面上冷淡、被动应付而半途而废、问题不清且目标模糊等误区。改变这种状况,需要转变急功近利的成果效益观;加强教育科研成果推广应用的“供需结合”;加快建立激励机制。
