On the Component Factors and Improving Ways of Teacher's Influence |

| Abstract: | The authors of this paper try to discuss the essential factors and improving ways of teacher's influence. They think that the teacher who wants to improve his influence must have the primary following factors: fine qualities, good images, extensive knowledge, teaching abilities of high quality and good relations between teacher and student, which are the main factors to improve the teacher's influence. |
