| 摘 要： | 采用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定毕节市售鲤鱼和江团鱼样品中的铅和砷含量,检测结果表明样品中的铅含量超出国家标准,当地市售的鱼类可能存在一定的重金属危害风险,应予以更多关注。

| Abstract: | The determination of lead and arsenic in the samples of carp and Jiang assembled fish which were sold on Bijie market by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry is investigated.It showed that the content of lead of the samples were higher than the national standard.It Showed there may be some hazard risk of heavy metal for fish which was sold on local market,It should be give more attention. |
