| Abstract: | In this paper the writer summarizes experience in cultivating doctor students in the past 14 years.The focus of teaching should be put in training doctor students 'ability to make language studies;a balance should be made between the study of linguistic theories and improvement of the ability of language studies;doctor students should be organized to conduct more field studies on language and supervisors should play a model role in cultivating doctor students. |
