| 摘 要： | 新中国的股票市场作为改革开放的产物，经历了起步，初步发展，向规范化推进三个阶段。目前中国股票市场存在的问题表现在是投资者主体的不成熟及结构的单一化，股市客体的不规范及规模，结构的低层次化，股市供体的不完善及不健全三个方面。21世纪初中叶中国股市的发展思路应重视构建完善的股市交易主体，股市客体的规范化，规模化及结构的高层次化，股市供体的完善化与一体化。
