| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirements for the development of new situation, exploring the leading system for thoughts and politics publicizing under the new situation, through defining the meaning of the leading system for thoughts and politics publicizing, the time significance and requirements of strengthening thoughts and politics publicizing leading work under new situation, and also establishing the adaptive leading system for thoughts and politics publicizing are expounded in this paper. |
