| Abstract: | This thesis mainly analyses the current remaining probloms of our country's state-owned enterprises capital structure as well as.a train of intangible relationship between the problams above and the efficiency of the enterprises In response,we put for ward some corresponding measure to increase the financing efficiency of the enterprises,and we expect to achieve the goal of optimizing the capital structure of state-owned enterprises. |
