杏鲍菇工厂化栽培基质的筛选

摘    要:对3个杏鲍菇工厂化栽培基质进行对比试验。结果表明:配方3(木屑26.0%+甘蔗渣13.0%+玉米芯24.0%+玉米粉8.0%+豆粕8.5%+麸皮18.0%+石灰1.0%+碳酸钙1.5%)在菌包培菌时间、产量、转化率、菇头比例及菌包工厂化周年培养综合成本方面表现最优,可在杏鲍菇工厂化生产中推广应用。

The screening for factory cultivation media of Pleurotus eryngii

Abstract:The comparative study on three kinds of media for factory cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii was done in this paper. The results showed that the culture time of fungi bag, yield, efficiency, proportion and cost of year-round cultivation from formula 3 (including 26.0% sawdust, 13.0% bagasse, 24.0% corncob, 8.0% corn flour, 8.5% bean pulp, 18.0% bran, 1.0% lime and 1.5% calcium carbonate) were all the best among three formulas. It indicated that formula 3 was suitable to be applied in the factory production of Pleurotus eryngii.
