| 摘 要： | 北魏孝帝改革包括极为详尽的内容，它要求鲜卑族在生活方式上上向汉族告拢，如改汉姓、着汉装、操汉语、与汉族通婚、遵守汉族的丧葬礼仪，这些政策与政治、经济方面的改革措施一起，促成了鲜卑族社会的巨大变迁，在鲜卑族体消失的同时，又极大地丰富了汉化。

| Abstract: | Emperor Xiaowen's reform in the Northern Wei Dynasty was a package deal.It required the ruling Xianbei ethnocracy to assimilate Han culture in such a complete way as to adopt Han surnames,to don Han clothing,to speak Han language,to intermarry with the Han and to observe the Han funeral rituals.Combined with other political and economic measures,this policy of cultural assimilation brought about a drastic social change to the Xianbei society.In the end,it dissolved Xianbei as an ethnic entity and tremendously enriched the Han culture. |
