西宁地区文化遗产保护刍议

西宁地区有丰富的文化遗产，包括物质和非物质形式。虎台遗址公园的建成，使青海省南凉文化遗产得到有效的保护等。目前对这些文化遗产的开发利用，特别是保护方面，存在着资金不足、保护力度不够、自然环境原因等诸多问题。本文提出了对文化遗产的合理利用，加强管理、继承发展，对濒危失传的文化遗产采取相应的抢救性保护措施，使保护-利用-保护，形成良性循环。

On the Protection of Cultural Heritage in Xining Region

The cultural heritage is rich in Xining region including material and non - material cultural herit- age . Since the foundation of the Hutai ruined park , the Nanliang cultural heritage of Qinghai Province has been effectively protected. Currently , on the development and utilization of the cultural heritage ,there are still many problems such as the lack of funds , insufficient protection and natural causes etc. This paper presents the rational use of the cultural heritage , strengthen the management of the endangered cuhural heritage and should take protective measures to rescue the cultural heritage , which will form protect -use -protect , the good circle.
