| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访谈、教学实验等方法,对现代教育技术中的视频技术在高等院校健美操教学过程中的应用进行了实验性研究。结果表明:视频技术手段在健美操教学中的应用,有利于学生对教学内容全过程的认识和理解;能够培养学生的创新意识,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量;教学效果优于常规教法。

| Abstract: | The article focuses on in what way multimedia technology is beneficial to aerobics classes.As is shown with the multimedia technology,the whole teaching process can be presented fully to the students.Therefore students will get to know the learning objectives and assessment procedure thoroughly.In this way,the teaching continuity can be enhanced and students'interest can be cultivated and their creativity can be built up. |
