| Abstract: | The establishment of cell-free systems is considered as one of the important advances in the field of cell biology in recent years. The developmental course of cell-free systems, material conditions of nuclear reconstitution and main progresses on development of sperm nucleus and nuclear reconstitution in cell-free systems were introduced and discussed in this paper. |
