| Abstract: | Good-neighborliness and Friendliness Policy is a basic policy of the country in our foreign affairs. The period of Jiang Zeming observed the times and judged the occasion, it was not only realistic and dealt with concrete matters relating to work, but pioneered and innovated, it developed the good-neighborliness and friendliness policy, made our country form an environment of peaceful and good neighborly and friendly relations with the surrounding countries in the main, and it has become the best period since our country established. |
