| 摘 要： | 职业认同感的研究近年来已经发展为一个独立的研究领域.文章从心理学的角度出发,对高校图书馆员职业认同感进行研究,分析影响高校图书馆员职业认同的个体心理因素和社会心理因素,并在此基础上提出增强图书馆员职业认同感的对策.

| Abstract: | Professional identity research in recent years has developed into an independent field of study.As for the university library staff,professional identity studies are rare.It this paper,the impact of our country＇s university library staff professional identity of the individual psychological factors and psychosocial factors are analysed based on psychology.Furthermore,eight strategies enhancing professional identity of the library staff are put forward. |
