| 摘 要： | 地方院校参与农民工法律援助促进了农民工市民化的进程,同时也为地方院校的法律实践教学提供了一个很好的平台。但地方院校参与农民工法律援助过程中存在着诸多制约因素,应成立法律援助中心,为参与农民工法律援助提供组织机构;建立各方连动机制,为参与农民工法律援助壮大支援声势;完善资金筹措机制,为参与农民工法律援助提供经费保证;推行农民工培训计划,为参与农民工法律援助构建素质保障;开展网络维权活动,为参与农民工法律援助拓宽交流平台。

| Abstract: | The Participation of the local colleges and Universities in the legal help for the peasant labors will promote the urbanization of the peasantlabors.Meanwhile,it will also provide a goodplatform for the legal practice teaching of the local colleges and Universities.For this Purpose,the government should do the following things.At first,the media should make this idea widely-known to the public.Secondly,the legal help center should be established.Thirdly,the fund raising mechanism should be perfect to guarantee the operation of the legal help center.Fourthly,the training plan for the peasant labors should be Carried out to!increase their legal quality and awareness. |
