优化考试制度助推高校人才培养模式改革刍议

高校考试制度在人才培养过程中起着重要作用,优化考试制度对改进教学模式、更新教学内容、促进教材体系建设及启发学生学习等方面有着重要意义,是推进高校人才培养模式改革的有效途径。针对当前高校考试制度考试育人功能不足,考试模式死板单一,考试反馈功能不强,考试标准和过程不规范,考试内容不全面,教学管理制度和评价体系不健全等问题,提出高校应当更新考试理念,更新教学内容,优化教学方法,完善考试分析,改革考试方式,完善教学管理体制机制等对策措施,以优化高校人才培养模式。

A Research on Promoting the Reform of University Talents Training Mode with the Method of Optimizing the Examination System

The university examination system plays an important role in the process of personnel training.Optimization the examination system is of great significance for improving teaching mode,teaching content updates,promote teaching system construction and inspire students to learn other aspects of,it is an effective way to promote the reform of university training model.In this paper,there are many problems such as the inadequate function of examination system in colleges and universities,rigid and single examinations,weak exam feedback,different examination standards and procedures,incomprehensive exam contents,imperfect teaching management system and evaluation system and other issues,and then proposed some measures such as update exam concept,update teaching content,teaching methods,improve test analysis,reform the examination pattern and improve the teaching management system mechanisms countermeasures.
