摘    要:专业化是指教师个体在从事教学实践、教学研究和理论研究过程中,对专业知识、专业技能及专业精神等方面不断丰富发展的过程,也就是教师职业能力及素养提升的过程。这一过程既是社会进步和教育发展的要求,又是教师自我完善、自我超越的精神指向。为此,体育教师专业成长要在专业文化、专业精神的引领下,通过有效途径,将体育与健康理念、方法、知识、技能融入教育教学实践活动中,使其专业始终向着理想目标发展。

Abstract:Specialization refers to individual teachers engaged in teaching practice,teaching research and theoretical research, process in professional knowledge, professional skills and professional spirit, continuously enrich the development, also is the teacher occupation ability and improve the quality of process. It is not only the requirement of social progress and education development, and teachers' self-improvement and spiritual direction of self-surpassing. For this purpose, the PE teachers' professional development should be under the guidance of our professional culture, professional spirit, through effective ways, the sports and health concept, method, knowledge, skills, integrated into the education teaching practice, the professional always towards ideal development.
