基于水—生态—社会相协调的湖南省节水型社会评价体系研究

基于2000年、2005年、2010年三年的数据基础上,利用主成分分析法确定评价指标体系,运用层次分析法得出各指标权重,最后运用模糊综合评价法得出节水型社会评价指数。湖南省2000年节水型社会综合评价指数较低,整体处于起步阶段,2005年处于初级阶段,至2010年湖南省节水型社会整体处于发展阶段并向高级阶段靠拢,这充分说明节水型社会取得了显著成效。

On Social Evaluation System of Hunan Province Water-saving Based on Coordination of Water-Ecology-Society

Evaluation indicator system were established by using principal component analysis based on three years data：2000, 2005,2010,and then AHP method were used to determine the weight of each indicators,finally,conclusions of the evaluation index of water-saving society were drawn based on fuzzy evaluation method.The results show that the value of indictors of water-saving society in Hunan province remain low in 2000,then turn to primary stage until 2005.The value of indicator of watersaving society reached to high level by 2010 which indicated that water saving society of Hunan province have a great achievement.
