美国、日本和我国台湾地区物流业和管理模式各具特色，其先进的物流业是他们成功开展企业经营和商贸活动的重要条件。三地物流业发展环境和条件不同，现代化程度也有差异，但呈现出明显的物流组织形态的一体化、系统边界的国际化、运作模式上市场化以及绿色物流等发展趋势。这对我们构建具有本土特色的现代物流系统具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。

The Development of Logistic Industry in U.S., Japan and Taiwan of China

The model of logistic management in U.S., Japan and Taiwan of China are quite different. The successful corporation and business activities in these areas derive mainly from their advanced logistic industry. The condition of developing logistic industry in these areas is of great difference, nor is the degree of theirs. However, we could find common phenomena from their logistic industry: the organization being integration; the system boundary getting to be internationalization; the operation aiming at market; and green logistic tending to be maturity. All the phenomena are meaningful, which enlighten us to establish modern logistic system fit for us and to use good experience for reference.
