重构我国出入境管理法律体系的思考

On Re-constructing Exit-Entry Administration Law System

With the rapid development of reform-and-open practice,the problems in China’s current Exit-Entry administration law system are more salient.It has negative effect on the working efficiency and effect and also has negatively affected justice.According to the problems,the effective approaches are discussed to reconstruct and perfect China’s Exit-Entry administration law system hoping to protect the national interest and personal rights.
