| 摘 要： | 今天的教师教育正面临一系列严峻的挑战,教师如何培养也成为教师教育发展的关键问题。文章从高师生应具备的教学能力出发,围绕高师院校的培养目标,从生师互动的角度探讨了高师院校培养学生教学能力的教学策略。
