生物教学中元认知监控技能训练研究

摘    要:生物学元认知监控技能是培养学生学习能力,提高学业成绩的关键因素。在教学中,要遵循"从知识学习到技能训练,从单项技能训练到系统整体训练"的原则,对"计划、组织、监测、调节、反思"五项技能,按照"八环节"的课堂教学模式进行训练。训练中借助测评分析表、自我检测卡、提问单、"小教师"活动等方式,可以帮助学生监控调整学习行为。研究表明,元认知监控技能训练能有效提高学生的自我监控水平、学习适应性和学业成绩。

Abstract:The meta-cognitive monitoring skill of biology is the key factor to train the students in their learning ability and improve their grades.In teaching,according to the principle of"from knowledge acquirement to skill training;from specific skill training to systematic entirety training",we focus on five skills,which are planning,organizing,monitoring,adjusting,and recollecting.We also use the"eight-link"model in the classroom teaching training.In the training,different methods,such as evaluation form,self-check card,quiz paper,"little instructor"activity,are applied to assist the students monitoring and adjusting their own study behavior.It is indicated that the meta-cognitive monitoring skill training can effectively help the students to improve their self-monitoring standard, learning suitability and performance.
