| 摘 要： | 1931年特大水灾发生后，政府和民间慈善组织立即投入到对灾民的救济工作中，卫生防疫是救济工作中一个重要环节，《申报》对此较为关注，进行了大量的新闻报道。通过对这些报道的分析，可以对当时的卫生防疫工作有一个深入了解，进而可以看出其成效和不足。

| Abstract: | After the devastating floods of 1931 ,the government and private charitable organizations to immediately put in relief efforts for the victims ,health and epidemic prevention is an important part of the relief effort ,“Shun Pao”is more concerned a-bout this ,a lot of press coverage .Through the analysis of these reports ,you can then have a health and epidemic prevention work in-depth understanding ,in turn ,can see its effectiveness and shortcomings . |
