摘    要:本文从理论和实践的角度对目前教育界的一个热点问题——信息技术对学校教育的影响进行了多方面分析和探讨。本文阐明,在信息科技发达时代,以计算机和通讯技术为中心的信息技术确实对人类社会的发展和进步产生了重要的影响和促进作用。但是,学校教育,作为一种以培养人和传递人类社会文化精髓的特殊机构,其改革和发展是由多种力量和因素共同决定的。虽然,科技是影响其改革的一个非常重要的动力之源,但并不能完全决定其未来之发展趋势。与此相反,若将信息技术作为一种与其它教学技术相同的教学工具,而非一种如有些学者所认为的能够带来革命性变革的工具,可能更能发挥出其所具有之优势。文中以计算机网络在大学教学过程中的应用为例,详细分析了其所具有的优势和缺点。进一步对网络教学技术在大学教学中应用的诸种影响因素也进行了综合分析。

On the Analysis of Theory and Practice of Information Technology and Educational Relation
Abstract:From the points of theory and practice, this paper discusses the influences of Information Techmology to schooling and their complicated interactive relationship. At present, the author points out in the paper, although the information technology indeed accelerates greatly the development of whole human society in many sides, yet it can not decide the development trend of education by itself. As a matter of fact, the schooling, as a kind of special social institution focusing on human cultivation, culture transmission and production, influenced by many factors, such as political, economic, cultural and so on, technology is just one strength of them, and can not decide alone the direction of education, no matter how advanced the technology is. On the contrary, if the information technology is regarded a concrete instructional medium, just like TV, projector or recorder, but not a kind of revolutionary force that can bringing about revolutionary changes in schooling, it possibly exert its essential advantages in practice. In the paper, taking the web instruction as an example, author analyses detailedly the advantages and disadvantages one by one. Furthermore, the paper also points out and talks about kinks of factors that influence instructional process.
