| 摘 要： | <西游记>里,吴承恩借观音菩萨之口,表达了作者的识人、用人的智慧和理想.观音的知人善用是唐僧西行取经成功的前提和首要保障,至今都具有科学性和可借鉴性.批判地看待<西游记>所展示的古人智慧,对我们现在的人事工作具有重大启发意义.
