| 摘 要： | 通过文献分析法和问卷调查法对大学生运动动机与态度的现状进行调查分析,结果显示大学生体育行为动机呈现多元化趋势;学生对体育的兴趣与对体育课的态度不成正比.并以此为据提出了高校体育教学改革的努力方向.
