我国中小企业的特征及其发展策略

摘    要:我国中小企业的界定标准自建国以来经历了八次调整,日益科学合理、便于操作。我国中小企业在其发展过程中,在就业功能、资金人才、科技创新、组织管理、生产营销等方面呈现出与大企业不同的现状特征。要大力发展我国中小企业,必须采取提高就业功能、充实资金人才、加强科技创新、改善组织管理、优化生产营销等多种发展策略。
