浅议函授教师素质与函授教育质量

摘    要:函授教师在函授教育中处于主导地位,起着关键作用。函授教育对函授教师素质的要求包括道德品行素质、业务素质、创新素质、身体素质的培养和提高。通过严格教师准入制,建立教师储备库,建立教师聘用制,建立高素质的教师团队;通过坚持学习,开展科研设计,参加学术交流,观摩考察等来培养高素质的受聘教师;通过学生评议、专家考评、专业水平测试来完善函授教师考核制度,确保教师团队的动态平衡。

Abstract:Correspondence teacher is in the leading status and playing a key role in the correspondence education. The correspondence education requires to cultivate and to improve the correspondence teachers' quality, such as morality, specialty, creativity and health. Therefore, it is deeded to build a well-trained teacher's team by establishing strict admittance system of new teachers, enough backup teachers and the teacher's retaining system; cultivate the engaged teachers by studying, developing scientific research design, attending academic communication as well as viewing and emulating and investigation; perfect the teacher's assessing system by students' appraising, specialists checking and the specialty level testing to build the teacher's team with dynamic balance.
