论现代远程教育的新发展

远程教育发展是随着媒体技术的发展而发展的，我国远程教育发展共经历了三个阶段、两次变革。从函授到广播电视教育，教学活动趋向直观形象，但学生接受的信息是被动的，选择度不高；从广播电视教育到网络教育，学习的选择性程度加深，交互加强，但由于带宽以及并发数据的限制，网络远程教育传播的主要素材是文本和图象，视频分量很轻，没能实现真正意义上的教学内容多媒化。数字电视在现代远程教育中的应用，充分发挥传统电视与互联网络的优势，解决了既要给学生”面对面”的感染力又要给学生平等的双向交互这一难题，为现代远程教育迎来了新的发展机遇。
