文化——企业核心竞争力的支撑因素

摘    要:当前,文化已走上企业竞争力的舞台。文化能赋予人们一种精神能量,经过行为主体的汲取、转换而迸发出的生产操作力、组织管理力是自觉的、能动的、倍加的。这是一种别人难以照搬、难以替代的“人气”。而“人气”是支撑企业核心竞争力的灵魂。文化是企业“躯体”的血液系统;文化是驱动企业血液系统流畅运行的“心脏”。文化以协调力、组织力、内生力奠基着企业的核心竞争力,成为企业核心竞争力的重要支撑因素。

Abstract:Culture can provide people with a kind of spiritual energy.When such spiritual energy is drawn,conversed through behavior subject,the strength of operation and the organizational management strength will burst out,which are so conscientious,dynamic and extraordinary.It is a kind of″people's spirit″,which can hardly be substituted and imitated.And this″people's spirit' is the soul which supports enterprise's key competitiveness.Culture is a system of blood of the enterprise″body'.It is the″heart' to drive the systematic circulation of enterprise smooth blood running too.In using of coordinating strength,power of organization and endogenous strength,culture lays a foundation of key competitiveness of enterprises and becomes its important supporting factor.
