| Abstract: | This article discussed the roles and effects of teaching with experiments, proposed that authorized laboratories with running rights is really mechanic reforming, providing more fund and supports is precondition of strengthening reform of laboratory management mechanism. Finally, the paper gave some evidence of the reform and construction practice. |
