教育对人力资本积累及就业的影响

文章通过国际比较,分析了中国的教育现状,指出了中国教育发展存在的主要问题。在此基础上,分析了教育发展对我国人力资本存量水平、就业总量和就业结构的影响,并就教育与人力资本、教育与就业的协同发展提出了政策建议。

The Influence of Education on Human Capital and Employment

Through international contrast, this paper analyzes the educational situation in China and points out the main problems existed in China education system. This paper also analyzes what influence education has on human capital and employment level and structure in China. At last, we propose some policies for coordinating development between education, human capital and employment.
