| 摘 要： | 大连作为中国最佳旅游城市之一,具有丰富的酒店硬件资源;同时,酒店管理专业也是大连市各高校、职教院校普遍开设的专业。但该专业学生的培养现状与酒店的需求不相符合,学校的课程设置与社会需求不相匹配等问题严重,应探求相应的对策来解决这些问题。

| Abstract: | Dalian,one of the best Chinese cities for tour,which has satisfied facilities.Meanwhile,the major of hotel management is generally opened in universities,colleges and institutions in the city of Dalian.But present state of students' training and studying doesn't meet the needs of hotels.The arrangement of schools' curriculums doesn't match with the needs of society seriously.We should try to find corresponding countermeasure to solve these problems. |
