摘    要:脑科学研究的飞速发展正不断地为教学手段的改革注入新的活力。本文从脑认知的角度探讨了放松性警觉,指出这是一种中高度挑战与低威胁相结合的良好的心理状态,是学生在课堂学习中的最佳状态。本文重点讨论了教师所应采取的教学改革手段,包括:使用巴洛克音乐快速激发α脑电波,设计有效的课程导入方式,激发学生的积极情绪;转换教学形式作为新异刺激,使学生跃过思维波谷,提高警觉度。相关的实验验证了这些方法的有效性。这些都为学习效率和教学质量的提高提供了有效途径。

Abstract:The rapid development of brain scienceis constantly injecting new vitality into the reform of teaching methods. This paperexplores the optimum state for classroom learning-- the relaxed alertness, from the perspective of braincognition. It focuses on the teaching reform measures to be taken, including: the use of Baroque musicto inspire α brain waves, the design of effective method to stimulate students' positive emotions ; converting teaching form as novel stimulus. So that students can tide overthinking trough and improve alertness. By the results of experiments, these methods are proved to provide an effective way to improve learning efficiency and teaching quality.
