On the Designing and Constructing Strategy of Service Chain System of Library Based on Shared View-frame

The paper firstly proposes the concept of the service chain system of library based on shared viewframe, and then expounds the theoretic significance of the system. It is suggested that the system could be set up through taking hardcore competitiveness as a focus, taking the integration of preponderant service chains as a masterstroke and taking the improvement of service efficiency as a object. Then, the method and strategy for establishing the system is designed, the indicators and strategic evaluation for the analysis of the competitive keys in the basic taches of the service chain are discussed and a case for the applied potential of the system is set out.
