护理实习临床教学现状调研

摘    要:目的:了解医院常用临床护理技术与技术应用状况,及医院对护理人员职业的未来需求,为制定护理临床实习指导计划寻找依据。方法采用问卷调查与实地访谈的方法收集资料。结果一是医疗单位对护生的知识要求主要为医学基础知识、基本护理技术,对于专科知识和技术的操作一般不高;二是每一个医院的教学方式及教学内容、教学学时以及教学人员资格等完全不同,教学行为与教学过程存在极大的随意性,因而教学效果千差万别。结论规范护理临床教学,需要从临床教学过程做起。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing technology and application status in hospital, and the future demand for nursing staff occupation, to seek reference for making the nursing clinical practice guidance plan. Methods:Using the method of questionnaire and interview to collect data. Result:The medical institute requires the nursing students to master the basic nursing knowledge, while their demand for the special knowledge and technical operation is generally not high. Second, different hospital has completely different teaching methods, teaching content, teaching hours and teaching staff qualifications, the teaching behavior and teaching process has great randomness, so the teaching effect differs in thousands of ways. Conclusion:Regulating the nursing clinical teaching needs start with the clinical teaching process.
