本文从我国环境与资源约束瓶颈加大、环境污染加剧、生态环境退化引起的人居环境健康问题,国家政府层面、政策和资金领域对环境修复领域给予的肯定与支持等方面进行分析,阐述了环境修复行业的产生,环境修复行业对人才和技术的需求,提出了环境修复专业人才培养的必要性.并从人才培养目标、培养规格、培养方案、培养方式及课程体系、毕业论文等方面阐述环境修复人才的定位.

Talent Demand and Cultivation Orientation of Environmental Remediation under the New Situation of China

This paper conducts analysis from several aspects including enlarged China＇s environment and resources, worsened environmental pollution, probl constraining bottlenecks of eros in human settlement environment caused by degradation of ecological environment, recognition and support on the environmental remediation field from national government, policy and fund, etc. This paper expounds the emergence of environmental remediation industry, the demand of talents and technologies by environmental remediation industry, and proposes the necessity of training talents majoring in environmental remediation. Moreover, it elaborates on the talent training orientation of environmental remediation from talent training objective, training standard, training program, training mode and curriculum system, graduation thesis and other aspects.
