浅析交通肇事逃逸行为的立法完善

近年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展及交通设施建设的不断完善,私人汽车已从以往的奢侈品成为一种普通生活用品进入大众家庭。然而,在人们享受私家车为我们的生活带来便捷的同时,交通肇事及其逃逸案件的增多也使得社会及交通主管部门面临着前所未有的巨大压力。虽然学者们对于交通肇事及其逃逸行为存在的立法缺陷和司法困惑进行了颇多探讨,但从各界呼声和实践需求来看,进一步细化交通肇事罪,完善我国相应刑事立法已迫在眉睫。

Analysis on the Legislation Improvement of Traffic Accident Escaping Behavior

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of traffic facilities, private cars in China have been no longer a luxury and become common possessions in families. While people are benefiting from the conveniences by cars, the society and traffic authorities are confronting unprecedented pressures. Although law experts have launched deep research discussing the legislative defects and judicial practice confusions about traffic accidents escaping behavior, considering voices from all walks of life and practical requirements, the refinement and operability in practice is still urgently demanded.
