摘    要:人力资源规划是高等学校人力资源管理专业基础课程中的重要内容之一。其中,利用统计学的定量方法对企业人力资源需求进行合理预测是人力资源规划的重点和难点。由于此部分内容涉及较多的统计学分析内容,在教学过程中师生普遍反映有一定的难度。究其原因,主要在于学生未能把统计学相关分析内容与人力资源需求预测的研究思路紧密地结合起来。鉴于此部分内容在研究方法上有一定的共性,在此,结合实际教学经验,归纳出趋势方程拟合法在人力资源需求预测的应用范式,以便于教学中应用。

Research on Application Idea and Case Analysis of the Trend Equation Fitting Method in the Demand Forecasting of Human Resources
Abstract:Human resource planning is one of the important content in human resources management of professional foundation course in college. And which using the quantitative method of statistics course reasonably predicts the demand forecasting of human resources in enterprise is emphasis and difficulty of this content. Because of this part relates to many statistical content, teachers and students generally reflect a certain degree of difficulty in the teaching and studying process.By Analyzing the reason, the reason that mainly lies in failing to closely combine research analysis of statistical knowledge and demand forecasting of human resources. In view of this part of the contents of the research method has certain universality, therefore with the actual teaching experience, summed up the corresponding application paradigm to facilitate teaching.
