| 摘 要： | 河南要实现从文化大省向文化强省的跨越,必须借鉴国内先进省份经验,建立多元化投资机制,实现资本和项目的有效对接;扩大文化产业核心层和外围层比例,发展新兴文化产业,打造特色品牌;实施文化消费补贴,拓展文化产业市场空间,完善人才管理激励机制.

| Abstract: | In order to transform from a big cultural province to a strong cultural province, Henan should draw lessons from domestic advanced provinces and establish a diversified investment mechanism to realize the effective butt joint of capital and projects. In addition, it should expand the scale of the core and the outer layer of culture industry, develop emerging cultural industries, and build characteristic brands. Furthermore, it should implement the cultural consumption subsidy, develop culture industry market and improve the incentive mechanism of personnel management as well. |
