| 摘 要： | 我国的高等职业教育发展很快,搞好高职院校关键在于坚持"三个代表"重要思想,开拓创新,树立全新的教育观念,围绕提高教育教学质量积极改革各项管理工作,创建新的管理模式。高职教育教学管理模式的改革,应服从服务于高职教育的人才培养目标,要有利于综合职业能力和创新能力的培养,有利于教学管理系统功能的发挥。

| Abstract: | It is very important to bring forth new ides, set up a new educational idea and improve the teaching quality and management mode. The key is to insist the thought of the "Three Representatives". The reformation of the management mode I higher professional education should meet the aim of the cultivation of the talents in order to cultivate their professional and reformation abilities and to improve the teaching management system. |
