| 摘 要： | 为探讨当代大学生权利意识现状,寻求青年学生权利意识的培养方法,我们对上海市全日制普通高等学校学生进行了抽样问卷调查.调查显示,当代大学生时于"自由"、"权利"具有强烈的诉求,但其享受权利和承担责任的能力相对较弱.高校相关的权利教育,如开设法律课程等对大学生权利意识培养起到了一定的作用,但与其他媒介产生的教育效果相比并不占优势.

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the present situation of contemporary college students' right awareness and find the solution to the problems, we have carried on the sampling questionnaire survey to 953 full-time ordinary colleges students in Shanghai. The investigation demonstrated that contemporary college students have the strong demand for freedom and rights, but their ability to enjoy rights and assume responsibility are relatively insufficient. The education which centers on right awareness by using legal courses are playing a certain role, but compared with the educational effects produced by other media, it does not have the superiority. |
